Acceptance
By accessing or using Glint, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be of legal age and authorized to bind your organization (if applicable). Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
Use of Glint
Use only as permitted by these Terms, applicable law, and documentation. No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, scraping (unless allowed), or interference with security or performance.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant WrenEV a limited license to host, process, and transmit it to provide Glint. You're responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you submit.
Plans, Billing, Taxes
Fees are as presented at purchase; recurring plans renew unless canceled per stated terms. You authorize charges to your payment method. Prices may change with notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless we collect them.
Trials & Beta
Trials/betas are provided "as is" and may change or end at any time.
Intellectual Property
Glint, its software, and WrenEV branding are owned by WrenEV and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Acceptable Use
No illegal activity, malware, harassment, IP infringement, or attempts to bypass security, quotas, or usage limits. We may suspend or terminate for violations.
Third-Party Services
Integrations/links are governed by those providers' terms; WrenEV isn't responsible for third-party services.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's non-public information with reasonable care and uses it only for the relationship under these Terms.
Privacy
Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability & Support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uptime. Support is provided as described in your plan.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Glint is provided "as is" and "as available"; WrenEV disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, WrenEV's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for Glint in the 12 months before the claim. WrenEV is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Indemnity
You will indemnify WrenEV against claims arising from your content, your use of Glint, or your violation of these Terms or law.
Termination
You may stop using Glint anytime; we may suspend or terminate for cause (e.g., non-payment, breach). Sections on IP, limitations, indemnity, payment obligations (if any), and confidentiality survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA; disputes resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless prohibited or superseded by mandatory law or agreed arbitration terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update Terms; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Material changes may involve notice; if you object, stop using Glint.
